CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSING TO PROVIDE DATA

Any refusal to process your data for commercial purposes will result in our failure to send messages to update you on any promotions of our services, initiatives and communications of events promoted by us.

COMMUNICATION TO OTHER SUBJECTS

The data, only in the case of processing of data for contracts already in place, will be brought to the attention, as Managers or Appointees, of the collaborators authorized by Locazione Turistica Ca' Rosin and may be communicated to credit institutions and/or freelancers that our structure uses, also in associated form, as well as to public Authorities and Administrations (the list can be requested from our Structure), within the scope of the sole execution of the operations and/or transactions requested by you, and/or for legal obligations. The subjects belonging to the above categories, to whom your data may be communicated, will use such data as owners, with the exception of the subjects appointed as managers. Your data, for commercial information purposes, may be communicated exclusively to persons in charge of our facility who are informed and trained on the operational methods of data processing as required by Legislative Decree 196/03, in full compliance with the principles of correctness and lawfulness.

DISSEMINATION OF DATA

The data will not be disseminated. Locazione Turistica Ca' Rosin guarantees the protection of the personal data provided and undertakes every reasonable effort to protect its IT structures from external intrusions and to use the information according to the methods chosen by the user.

EXTERNAL AREA WITH VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Guests are informed that: the images will be processed lawfully, according to the methods of the registration system, for security purposes; the images will be stored for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes; in relation to the processing of personal data, all the rights contained in Article 13 of Legislative Decree 101/2018 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) are in force. For anything not explicitly mentioned, the provisions of current legislation apply.

We remind you that you can know, request the rectification and/or oppose the processing of your personal data at any time, by sending a simple e-mail with the request to carosin.info@gmail.com. Your requests will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days of receipt, as established by the Privacy Guarantor. LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003 RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
